Koampia Phum Yoeung (KPY) means “Caring for Our Village” in the Khmer language. We are a Cambodian NGO established to equip and empower community leaders, families, and schools to care for their own villages by improving their health and livelihoods through financial literacy, agriculture development, and child education and protection.
